Full glass door refrigerator constructed in 304 AISI stainless steel with an external bottom panel in anti-corrosive material. The model is CFC- and HCFC-free, ecological refrigerant type: R290.

The refrigerator's large digital display includes a humidity selection button (3 preset levels), a cabinet temperature display setting, and a turbo frost cycle (to cool warm loads rapidly). In addition, the HACCP-compliant control with alarms and a history of up to two months of events is kept in memory.

The structure of the wireframe condenser prevents dust and grease accumulation, thus avoiding periodic cleaning operations and reducing energy consumption.

A fully automatic Frost Watch Control will defrost when required and automatically evaporate the defrost water. The defrost starts only when ice builds up in the evaporator and adjusts the defrost duration to ensure perfect ice removal while optimizing energy consumption.

The self-closing, on-site reversible door has a microswitch to switch off the fan when the door is opened. The optimized airflow within the chamber ensures uniform temperature across all grids.

The refrigerator is pre-configured to include an RS485 port for connecting to a remote computer and integrated HACCP systems.
