This full-door refrigerator is constructed from 304 AISI stainless steel and features an external bottom panel made of anti-corrosive material. It includes a large digital display with a humidity selection button (offering three preset levels), a cabinet temperature display and settings, and a turbo frost cycle to rapidly cool warm loads. The unit is equipped with HACCP-compliant controls that include alarms and a history log.

The Frost Watch Control system defrosts the unit only when necessary and automatically evaporates the defrost water. Optimized airflow ensures even temperature distribution across all grids. The refrigerator is fitted with 65 mm-thick polyurethane insulating foam. It has a self-closing, on-site reversible door with a microswitch to turn off the fan when the door is opened.

The hidden evaporator design enhances storage capacity and minimizes corrosion issues. It has a built-in refrigeration unit with ventilated circulation and interior LED lighting. The refrigerator is suitable for ambient temperatures of up to 43 °C and is free from CFCs and HCFCs. It uses ecological refrigerants R290 and cyclopentane gas in the foam.

The unit is prearranged to fit a designated port for easy connection to a remote computer and integrated HACCP systems.
