Full-door refrigerator in stainless steel with a large external panel and foot pedal. The refrigerator's large digital display includes a humidity selection button (3 preset levels), a cabinet temperature display setting, and a turbo frost cycle (to rapidly cool warm loads). In addition, the HACCP-compliant control includes alarms and stores up to two months of event history in memory.
The wireframe condenser structure prevents dust and grease buildup, eliminating periodic cleaning and reducing energy consumption.
A fully automatic Frost Watch Control defrosts when required and automatically evaporates defrost water. Defrosting starts only when ice builds up in the evaporator and adapts the defrost duration to ensure complete ice removal while optimizing energy consumption.
The self-closing, on-site reversible door has a microswitch that turns off the fan when the door is opened. Optimized airflow within the chamber ensures uniform temperature across all grids.
The refrigerator is preconfigured with an RS485 port to connect to a remote computer and integrated HACCP systems.
