This counter is designed to keep hot foods warm for a short period of time. It includes a well for maintaining temperature, and all surfaces are made of stainless steel. The unit comes with adjustable marine feet, allowing for a height adjustment range of -20 mm to +40 mm.

Inside, there are heated GN-sized cupboards, equipped with a locking latch and key for security. The walls of the counter are 50 mm thick and utilize polyurethane insulation for improved efficiency.

At the front, there's a thermostat control and a temperature display, along with an overheat safety thermostat switch and a ventilation valve designed to prevent condensation.

The range of hot units includes various bain maries, heated tops, and heated cupboards and drawers. Thanks to the flexible modular construction, they are easy to combine to create a customized food service system that best suits individual needs. All units are made of stainless steel and comply with the hygiene standards required for professional galley use.
