The patented heat pump, optimized by an electronic valve and inverter technology, saves up to 65% energy while keeping drying times short. The air is recirculated in a closed loop, so no exhaust duct is needed and very little heat is released into the laundry room. For even greater savings, the ECO program reduces energy use by a further 18% per kg of linen when drying time is less critical, and it also adapts to smaller loads.
The integrated Moisture Balance function ends the program as soon as the selected dryness is reached. This prevents over-drying, protects textiles, and saves both time and energy.
Operation is centered on the intuitive UniVibe touch display, which can be personalized to suit the needs on board. A choice of 16 languages makes it easy for every crew member to select the right program.
Flexibility is built in. The door can be reversed to suit the laundry room layout, and the dryer can be stacked on top of a WP7 washer extractor with the optional stacking kit, creating a complete laundry solution in a single footprint.
