The tabletop knife sharpener will give you years of trouble-free running. It sharpens knives from 3/16 inch to cleaver blades and scalloped edge bread knives. Cool-running slow-speed wheels ensure that the knife never loses its temper due to overheating when sharpened. The signal light indicates when the motor is running. Knife guides allow the knife heel to be inserted closer to the stone to maximize the sharpening area.
The ABS knife guide pops out for easier cleaning and maintenance. The grinding wheel assembly is replaceable.
