The range of hot units includes various bain maries, heated tops, and heated cupboards and drawers. Thanks to the flexible modular construction, they are easy to combine to create a customized food service system that best suits individual needs. All units are made of stainless steel and comply with the hygiene standards for professional galleys.

This counter has three cupboards and a neutral top to store food for a short period. All surfaces are stainless steel and come with 63 mm adjustable marine feet. The cupboards are GN-sized and include a locking latch with a key. The temperature in the cupboards can be set between +30°C to 75°C.

The unit's walls are 50 mm thick, and polyurethane is used as insulating. At the front of the cabinet are a thermostat control and a temperature display. An overheat safety thermostat switch and a condensing prevention ventilation valve are included.
