The BB01 Baby JAWS is a compact glass bottle crusher that fits under the counter in any standard bar. It handles glass waste right where it is created, so empty bottles no longer need to be carried through crowded guest areas or stored in bulky bins on board, allowing bar staff to stay behind the bar throughout service.

Crushing reduces the volume of glass bottles by up to 80%. Each tote box holds up to 90 crushed bottles, meaning fewer trips to the waste room and less storage space used. The crushed glass can be reprocessed into new bottles, making recycling on board simple.

Operation is quick and intuitive. The crew starts the machine with the start button or simply by pushing open the feed flap, and the bottles are crushed by two wear-resistant swinging hammers. When the tote box is full, an indicator lights up and the feed flap locks, so the box is never overfilled.

Safety is built into the design. A door cut-off circuit, a steel bottle flap, and a front-mounted emergency stop button protect the operator, and a buzzer alerts the crew if the emergency stop is pressed or the tote box is not in place.

The sturdy steel cabinet with a hard-wearing powder-coat finish is made for daily use in busy bars, and easy access to all parts keeps routine maintenance simple.
