The 550A-GKF Glass Crusher is a robust and reliable solution for efficiently handling empty glass bottles in kitchens, bars, galleys, and other professional environments. Designed and manufactured in Sweden, it reduces glass waste by up to 80%, transforming bottles into small, safe particles similar to gravel or sand. This means significantly less storage space required and fewer waste collections—saving both time and money.

Bottles are fed one by one through the inlet tube and crushed at approximately 10–20 bottles per minute, depending on bottle size. The powerful 1.25 kW motor and grinder made of specially alloyed steel ensure long service life and dependable operation. An automatic dust collector captures glass dust during the crushing process, helping create a cleaner, safer working environment.

The crusher is housed in a stainless-steel cabinet (AISI 304) that meets strict hygiene requirements, making it ideal for food-service areas. Installation is simple, and the unit is delivered ready for connection to an existing electrical supply.
