This silent-running electromechanical baling press operates without the need for hydraulic oil. The unique, eco-friendly worm-drive system requires minimal maintenance, ensuring reliability and longevity.
To use, load the waste through the feed opening and close the feed door. The press will automatically compact the waste, with the press ram stopping in compaction mode at full power to create more compact bales, ideal for materials that tend to rise. The unit starts compacting as soon as the feed door is closed. With a high pressure of 18 tons, it ensures excellent compaction, even for rigid cardboard boxes.
A lamp lights up when the bale is ready to be ejected, and the built-in bale ejection system makes this process easy. The four bale strapping rolls are conveniently reached from the front.
