With this compact and ergonomic Vegetable Cutter, you can make more than 80 different types of cuts/slices using the 40 stainless steel, dishwasher-safe discs. It has slicing, grating, shredding (julienne), as well as dicing and french fries capabilities.
The feeding arm and hopper are made entirely of stainless steel. Asynchronous silent industrial motor for heavy duty and long life. With a user-friendly lever (better pressure control and less effort on the arms and shoulders), it is designed for both right- and left-handed users.
All parts in contact with food are removable without tools. The stainless steel hopper, lever, and cutting chamber are dishwasher safe. The magnetic safety system and motor brake prevent the machine from running when the lever swings away or is open. Automatic restart of the machine with the 3/4 moon-shaped pusher in position.
