The salamander is made entirely of stainless steel, including grill rack and heaters. The element assembly can be raised or lowered from outside in five steps for setting in the right level. The interior offers sufficient space for GN1/1 items and is equipped with two separately controllable radiant heaters. The salamander is supplied with a grill rack provided with two well-insulated handles. A carefully designed exterior and interior without any troublesome corners and edges facilitate cleaning and maintenance. A supporting wall bracket for wall mounting is available as optional extra.
