The door's large double-glazed window with LED lighting makes it easy to get an overview of the fermentation process on all trays. The door stays in position at 90 degrees, making it easy to load the cabinet with trays.

The cabinet is made of stainless steel, which makes it easy to clean. The cabinet has rounded corners and large, flat interior surfaces, and the guides can be easily dismounted without tools. No drainage is needed due to an intelligent system with a collector plate for defrosting and a water collection tray beneath, with automatic evaporation.

The unit has a user-friendly, ergonomically positioned control panel. The control panel is easy to learn, offers both manual and automatic retarding and proofing programs, and is programmable to meet the user's requirements.
