The F-Series F200D Retarder/Proofer is designed for retarding and proofing products on trays. High capacity while taking up a small footprint due to its compact design. The door's large double-glazed window with LED lighting makes it easy to get an overview of the fermentation process on all trays. The door stays in position at 90 degrees, making it easy to load the cabinet with trays.
The cabinet is made of stainless steel, which makes it easy to clean. The cabinet has rounded corners and large plane surfaces inside, and the guides can easily be dismounted without any tools. No drainage is needed due to an intelligent system with a collector plate for defrosting- and condensation water underneath with automatic evaporation.
The unit has a user-friendly and ergonomically placed control panel. The control panel is easy to learn and has both manual and automatic retarding and proofing programs, and is programmable according to the user's requirements. It makes it easy for the users to prepare the baking as early as one or more days in advance!
