This floor-model mixer is suitable for all kneading, blending, and whipping operations. The body is made of non-corrosive material and is equipped with a 20-liter 18/8 (AISI 302) stainless steel bowl. It features an asynchronous motor with high start-up torque (750 W) and mechanical speed variation, offering 8 speed levels from 35 to 180 rpm.
The bowl detection device allows the mixer to start only when the bowl and safety screen are correctly installed and positioned. Raising and lowering of the bowl are controlled by a lever, with automatic locking when the bowl is in the raised position.
The solid, BPA-free safety screen and stainless steel wire structure are removable, demountable, and dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. They are also fitted with a removable chute to add ingredients while the mixer is running, ensuring operator safety.
The flat, touch-button control panel is waterproof (IP55) and includes a 0–59 minute timer.
