This meat band saw is a simple, sturdy machine that is safe and easy to use. It is equipped with 16 mm tempered blades for cutting bones and frozen and fresh foods. The stand-alone structure is made of cast anodized aluminum, which is shiny, hygienic, and rustproof. It features a counter, meat pusher, and serving portioner in stainless steel AISI 304.
24V controls with safety micro-switch on the door, redundant ECU, and motor brake (CE). The upper pulley's horizontal and vertical adjustment is simple and precise. Thanks to the semi-curved shape of the pulleys and an ideal adjustment, the blades adhere to the pulley with maximum adhesion. The upper pulley has sealed bearings.

The model has been designed with two features that make it easy to clean. Firstly, all the electrical components are located under the work surface inside an insulated box that meets the appropriate IP 65 standards. Secondly, with just two knobs to unscrew, you can easily remove the blade, upper pulley, and its support, which leaves a clear and unobstructed surface for cleaning.
