Dispense only the hose length you need; the reel locks after each pull, so the hose remains strain-free during use. A light tug is enough to release it. Rewind the hose manually with the spring force and guide it back carefully by hand until the hose buffer rests on the guide. Never let the hose snap back quickly, as this can cause injury or damage to equipment.
This cleaning hose is designed for demanding use in food processing environments. It is temperature resistant from -40 °C to +150 °C and suitable for water, water-oil emulsions, and water mixtures containing up to 50% cleaning agent. The outer cover is made of synthetic rubber and is resistant to abrasion, oil, ozone, and weather, while remaining food-safe. A highly tear-resistant textile reinforcement adds durability, and the inner liner is made of synthetic, oil-resistant rubber. Ideal for cleaning applications in food processing businesses, including contact with animal and poultry fats.
