The griddle (fry top) perfectly cooks meat, fish, or vegetables by placing the food directly on the cooking surface. The top is provided with a service duct to facilitate installation and can be mounted on table tops or open base cupboards.

The cooking surface is brushed chrome with a 2/3 smooth and 1/3 ribbed plate. The plate is 15 mm thick special mild steel for even temperature distribution. The radiant heat allows thicker cuts of meat to be cooked perfectly. At the front, there is a safety thermostat with a temperature range adjustable from 110°C to 280°C.

The griddle is made in one piece pressed 2 mm stainless steel top with smooth, rounded corners. Exterior panels in stainless steel with Scotch Brite finish.

A removable splash guard in stainless steel covers the back and sides of the cooking surface and is dishwasher safe—the design of the control knobs and bezels guarantees against water infiltration.

On the front of the cooking surface is a full-length grease drainage channel and a large hole to drain excess grease and fat into a 1.5-liter drawer. The drawer may be filled with water to facilitate cleaning.
