Food Waste Vacuum System (Large)

VU50 food waste system is developed for large and mid-size vacuum transport applications. The units compact design makes it suitable for retrofit cases as well. The piping of the vacuum system is flexible with a dimension of 50mm.
The system consists of three or more feeding stations in the galley area, vacuum pump, holding tank unit and control system. Vacuum pump keeps vacuum on the piping between set limits. When a VDU 50 feeding station is in use, the vacuum pump starts to increase the vacuum level, which creates an efficient transport of food waste down to the holding tank (HTU).
All parts which are in contact with food waste are in stainless steel or Ni-AL Bronze.
