Drop-in bain-marie, ideal for food service and maintaining hot food temperatures. This model features a compact design with seamless finishes on exposed surfaces, and the hygienic well includes rounded corners for easy cleaning.
It comes equipped with a separate digital control panel that has an on/off switch and an easy-to-read temperature display, making installation straightforward. The temperature can be adjusted between 60 °C and 90 °C. The wells are lined with insulation to ensure energy efficiency.
HACCP connection is available as an option.
