A complete ventilation system that eliminates the need for an external exhaust duct. The hood is made of 304 AISI stainless steel. It comes with stainless steel labyrinth filters on the front, a condensation filter, and an extra droplet separator acting as a steam-liquid separator.
The hood has a built-in fan that automatically controls the air capacity according to the quantity of steam produced. The cable connection between the hood and the oven makes communication possible. The oven's software automatically activates fan power and odor absorption based on actual oven activity.
Filtering surface protects against fire hazards. Frontal labyrinth and condensation filters are easily removed and cleanable in a dishwasher.
