A Duomat surface exhibits excellent thermal stability and corrosion resistance and is composed of a 10-mm-thick alloy formed from two stainless steel plates.

All exterior panels are made from stainless steel with Scotch-Brite finishing, and the worktop is made from one-piece, pressed 1.5 mm stainless steel.
