As part of the galley refurbishment, we delivered and installed new proofing cabinets and blast chillers, ensuring improved workflow and food safety in the ship’s catering areas.

In addition, Loipart carried out service and maintenance work on existing thawing cabinets, helping extend their lifecycle and optimize performance. This project reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, long-lasting solutions that support modern, sustainable cruise operations.
